why are the construction workers walking down the mountain?
Look next to the middle orange vester..
Oh that is why they are walking down the hill.
One of them got their truck stuck...Thankfully I left after taking a few pictures and they came back down the ROAD on the mountain in one piece.
So what not to do:
When there are signs all over the mountain saying "NO OFF ROAD VEHICLES" and "STAY ON THE ROAD" do not go off roading because the rules do not apply to you and your cool SUV... boys.
